I rented one of their properties for a year. It was a great experience with them. They handled maintenance requests quickly. They had someone we could contact 24 hours a day. They did not try and charge us for anything unnecessary when we moved out. We gave our move out notice early during the Covid-19 pandemic and they did not try to show the property while we were still living in it. They are a fantastic property management company and I highly recommend them.
