Hawks has done a terrible job taking care of my lawn and has even worse customer service. These are photos of before Hawx started taking care of my lawn and what it looked like after 6 months of them providing \service.\ Do yourself a favor and get somebody else.

Your Review: (5 Stars)Connors did a great job today. He listened carefully to my requests. He let me know everything he did and did a thorough job outside, the garage, screened porch and every room. It was wet outside so he put shoe covers on before entering the house. Connors was very courteous! Welcome any time.
All of the tech's that work for Hawx have been good but Connor, the pest control tech that performed the service at our house today, is great and the best tech we've had yet. As long as he's working for the company I would prefer that he be the only technician assigned to this area so he can always be the tech to perform our service. He's courteous, polite, professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. He gave me a rundown of different problems he found and what he did to fix them. For example, he found a couple fire ant hills in our backyard (where our dog spends a lot of time) and made sure to deal with them. Having an employee that shows he cares about you, your family and your pets is awesome. Great company and great employees!! and
Do not use this company. Their sales reps come out & knock on your door at the most inconvenient times & promise you the world only to find out that it was all a lie & you are stuck in a contract with them. When the sales rep stopped by, I told him I was happy with my current pest company only issue was communication & well I went from paying 80 for quarterly service with another company to 102.84 with Haux to get horrible customer service & little to no communication. They demand you call in advance if you want the interior treated yet, they never answer the phones. You send an email & they reply when the service has been completed & now they have to schedule another appointment for them to come out. They are supposed to treat the exterior & if you call in advance (which I always do) they will treat the interior at no additional charge. Well guess what they NEVER do! So I have to call them & ask them to send another technician to complete the order they failed to complete in the 1st place. O & wait... there's more. I have pets, so I ask to please call in advance so I can put them away & they don't call. They either show up without notice (if I'm lucky) or will \show up\ according to the notes & only \treat the front\ of the home even though I'm paying for front, backyard & interior. According to the notes it says the technician treated the front & when I asked for half of my money back since they only treated half of the home they said NO. So funny thing... I work from home so I know these people are liars & stealing your money. I have a dog & trust me... if someone comes near the door he will let me know. JUST A LITTLE ADVICE: Don't. You're going to thank me later.
I have been with Hawx Pest Control for quite sometime and their service is great. Randy is efficient and knowledgeable about what his going to do, and explains everything thoroughly. When I had rats from the construction around my house coming into my yard, he explained everything we would be needing to do to get rid of them and to prevent them from coming into the house. Thus far it has worked out well, and I can’t help but recommend Hawx Pest Control to others when they have a pest problem.
