Agressive and RUDE parking attendants! Plus I can comfirm the other review on here regarding their Swift buy up of all the free lots in the area surrounding....I ask nicely what the rates are I also told \do I look like the owner?? Call the managers office\ who are you talking to kid?? Get real!!

Harassing parking attendant, in a state authorized vehicle. He wasn’t even at the attendant booth and this is the second time we have gone round. Contacted HBA by phone and email, and have yet to receive a response. The head of security even came down to the parking garage and vouched for me and the vehicle.......and still the posturing attendant was aggressive and unreceptive to any information he was given.
i just want to respond about Jeremiah Haddock. That guy refused to stop to show his badge, which he did not possess for legal entry to the state garage. When I had to chase him down to find out why he refused to stop for the parking attendant he responded by saying that he did not have to follow the same rules that applied to each car that comes into the garage because he was the \special\ valet for a head of a department in the Hobby Bldg. I just love it when people get mad at you for doing your job and then make fake complaints to try to get you fired. This went on for months with this guy dangerously speeding past in a menacing way. And now to find out he wrote this bogus review is just laughable. What a chode. Get a frickin hobby. lol
Looks like they bought all the lots around campus that used to be free after hours. Their parking attendants are aggressive and threatening
