I contacted Henna through online and was able to come same day. I was greeted by Nick. I gave the stock number of the vehicles I was looking at and Nick pulled them up! I was able to view the car I wanted and we got straight to the paperwork. I walked away with an amazing deal and NICK was great. He was straightforward and very nice. The process went smoothly. I would definitely recommend HENNA to anyone. I love my 2020 Chevy Equinox!

After charging me over 700 to turn my Check Engine light off, having said they'd done everything they could they tell me that it's a \historical issue\ and that nothing is the problem, it's just the light turning on, there's nothing that can be done. Having been to other mechanics and already paying over 1000 I had hoped that I could trust a dealership mechanic shop, lo and behold, all mechanics are the same. My CHECK ENGINE light is still on and apparently nothing is the problem but I can't pass inspection so whatever I guess. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

First time visit for an oil change at Henna. Advisor (Mark) was accommodating and helpful. He was also promptly communicative prior to the scheduled appointment & ensured everything was accounted for. Straight forward, cordial and solid communications between him and technicians. It appears fender covers were also used while working on the car which is nice. Will return for future services.
