I am really impressed by Judge Leon Grizzard. He is pleasant and courteous to the people who appear before him and he seems to take a personal interest in their situations. He asks relevant questions and makes sure everyone understands the details and ramifications of their cases. I have seen him discuss difficult situations with young families and he works with them for the best possible solutions. One of my favorite things about him is how he wishes everyone the best of luck when they have finished discussing their cases. Even if someone is dispirited, it is nice to be wished well.
