They resolved my issues in a fair and honest manner. I currently use and will continue to use Host Gator for my website and hosting needs. The manager who was responsible for the resolution needs to be put in charge of corporate training and moved to a higher position. They are lucky to have her.

I just dealt with their glorified scammer department for the last time. Do not make the mistake of saving a few dollars by using them. Their platform is very basic, causing a lot more work and their \agents\ are people in india doing customer service for any random business like HS, at the same time. They do not listen to anything you say, they do not know anything about HS and the extent of their service is looking up the same info you can find online and presenting it as their own knowledge. They will refuse to let you speak to a supervisor over and over like it is no big deal.

Website was down - said it would be back up within one hour - it's now been 48 Hours plus - no customer service on the weekends. Poor customer experience. I recommend Godaddy,, Amazon or WP Engine for managed wordpress hosting. Not happy.

Purchased a web domain with them and hosting services. Received an email from a sister company of theirs that handled the domain 3rd party. I updated my registrant information with that company and it still has me completely locked out of my site. I wish they had better customer service.
