Booked them Friday night. They were at my house the next day at 11 am. An hour early. They showed up with a team. They were professional and really quick. Every other place on google search was from out state. These guys are LOCAL. Highly recommend.

I scheduled on their website the night before and was able to pick my time slot. Matt actually called early the next day and offered to come earlier if I needed. They were prompt on arriving, great communication and an extremely fair price. What impressed me most was his attention to detail as I had piled up several piles of junk on my property. Not one thing was missed, and he even went above and beyond and swept up broken glass that shattered when I was piling everything up. iHaul is definitely a company I will use again. A

No show for appointment yesterday after calling and booking an appointment. I received a text at 1:19 before my 2:00 appointment saying they were not able make it and could come later or in two days. I text back saying come later, but an individual text back saying they could not come after all. The texts were sarcastic and unprofessional. Now I have trash piled up in my tenants driveway. This company thinks that customers have nothing better to do than to wait on them to not show up. A personal call with an apology would have a least shown that they cared about the inconvenience. I felt that the texts were immature and showed an unprofessional attitude. They were given the address and time but only expect the customer to keep their end of the appointment and wasting customers valuable time. Poor business manners!
