Impact Fire Services is in charge of the apartment building I live in which has over 400 units. They often leave electrical boxes open after they have come and have had to set of the alarms all over the building to find issues in a single apartment. When the alarm has gone off, about once a month for the past few months, it has taken 45 mins to 2 hours to turn off. Big hassle

Attention Multifamily! To my multifamily counterparts out there, don't set yourself up for failure. Poor work performance, no attention to detail, and zero communication. I have dealt with these folks for over 4 years at a couple different locations and it has been horrible everytime. They will work hard to get your business but shortly after become nonresponsive and unprofessional. You will have a disaster on your hands. Absolute worst fire company in San Antonio. DON'T DO IT!

Awesome company. They jump through hoops for me and what I need. Ask for Cody!

One of the employees almost hit us on Braker Lane on 1/23/19 at 6:00pm heading towards I35. We were not able to get the license plate but hopefully this information helps. The van in question did not use their blinker and swerved in front of us and almost hit us and cut across several lanes. Please deal with this employee so that further instances like this don't happen.
