I've been in a total of three times the guy in the sales area that I worked with actually two different ones were super friendly and helpful ....customer service desk not as friendly and helpful as one would think they could be. Talk to one particular person twice first time she was semi friendly second time semi helpful not terrible but I guess my expectations are a little higher than most and a customer service format

I’m shocked by the negative reviews here. I’ve only been once, had the opportunity to linger and touch everything, and when I was ready with questions and service it was great. They gave me samples to take home, we discussed the products and my desires, and ultimately I had two bathrooms done using Interceramic and I have zero regrets with my tile selections and I’m about to tile another room. I adore their products and feel lucky to live in a place with a showroom.

I have purchased from this organization many times over the years, they have great customer service and have good on-hand inventory. This is a wholesale specialty place, not a retail store with dumb sales people, these guys really know their stuff.
