I wanted to make alterations to a robe that would be a gift for a friend. Took it here and paid way to much. Just for a hem on the bottom of the rob , a hem to the sleeves and for a iron-on emblem to be sewn down cost over 70. At pickup the cashier informed me if I wanted to come back to take the sleeves in more I could and they wouldn’t charge me for it. Well I came back And the manager didn’t remember . Never coming back here. Over priced and poor customer service.

This is the ONLY place I trust with my clothes. I am sorry to see someone say they had a negative experience. But I think it is worth sharing mine. I have been bringing my dry cleaning here exclusively for years. I go out of my way to only use this location. I have dropped off hundreds of items at this point. Nothing has ever been lost or damaged. It always comes back to me better than I left it. They have even pulled off some impressive saves for items I wasnt sure could ever be the same. I have never had or heard anyone else have a complaint. Always extremely happy with the quality and condition. In fact, a different location damaged a dress of mine then gave it back without telling me. Laura made it right from this location. She is the best! She truly understands fabric, the process, and what is best for any given item. She also deeply cares about honest consultation, quality work, and customer satisfaction. Not the cheapest place but not unreasonable priced. Worth it to me considering my clothes are always accounted for, taken care of, and ready on time.
UPDATE: JBC cut me check for my lost items after I filed a BBB complaint. If possible, I would give ZERO stars. I HIGHLY caution anyone from using this cleaners. I have used Jack Brown Cleaners once and only have a lost item claim as a result. The entire claim process has been nothing short of horrendous. The process has taken over 3 months and has not yet reached resolution. I receive no updates regarding the status and try to check in with the store manager for an update. I often ask for follow-up call as status changes, but have yet had the manager follow-up with my independently as requested. I received minimal information each time I call and am not given any other contact information to follow-up on the status, apart from the generic form contact box on the website. I was last informed that my claim is \under investigation\ since I paid in full for my items when I picked them up. I asked why this was of significance with no response. I have attempted to follow-up on this update through the generic contact box. I have reached out three times with ZERO response. I intend to move forward with a BBB complaint should they fail to respond to a simple status inquiry on my claim.
