I am leaving this review on behalf of my wife. She went to this office for a visit and the Dr. caused her knee to be even more unstable, causing her to wear two knee braces just to walk. After he tweaked her knee and made it worse, he referred her to get physical therapy. If he would have simply referred her to the surgeon that she requested, who has performed surgery on her knee before ( our insurance requires referrals) she would not be dealing with this issue. What he did to her knee, I have never heard of or seen ( he held her ankle with one hand and with the opposite hand, he used his forearm and slammed it against her knee, causing further injury). I would NEVER refer this Dr. to anyone. I hope he doesn’t do to anyone else what he did to my wife. I am livid.

Dr Padalecki has worked on both of my knees and has always been straight forward with me. If I ever need knee help again he would be my first call.

I’m a complicated patient, & had a severe humerus/humeral head fracture. I saw Dr. Padalecki after the orthopedic surgeon the ER referred me to jumped straight to massive surgical options without looking at my whole health picture. After my first visit with him, Dr. Padalecki consulted with my other doctor(s), developed 3 treatment plans ranging from conservative/non-surgical up to full ‘replacement parts’ surgery, & presented me with the pros & cons of each plan. I ended up choosing the non-surgical option due to the surgical risks involved with my other illnesses, & Dr. Padalecki fully supported this choice. He continued to monitor me as my injury healed, & even after discharging me as ‘fixed’, he left the door open for me to contact him again should my injuries need further looking after or if I have any concerns. His bedside manner is comforting & reassuring, & he takes the time to fully explain everything to you, always welcoming any questions or concerns. Although I hope to never need him again, I would once again choose Dr. Padalecki should the need arise, & have recommended him to others in need of an orthopedic surgeon.

I had a complete tear in my supraspinatus Tendon and I am grateful to have had Dr Pakalecki do the surgery. I was so scared that If I had the surgery, I wouldn't be able to get back to lifting, throwing and playing with kids the way I use to. Dr. P listened to all my concerns, went over all options, and made sure we were both on the same page. The surgery was great, recovery was hard but on time, and only 9 months out I am back to almost 100% with full range motion.
