THRILLED to have a good option for Jewish Deli food in Austin. Was in the area & stopped by for a sandwich today. Scotty, the owner is a very genuine, nice guy. Got the pastrami Ruben. Delicious. Fresh. Very bold flavors. Can't wait to go back & definitely won't miss the matzo ball soup this fall.

The Landsman is truly delicious pastrami and sauerkraut. Neither is over the top and work together perfectly in each bite. The hash fritters are amazing as well, crispy on the outside and full of creamy potato, onion, and corned beef, with a surprising spicy kick from the chili flakes
I went to this food truck on Christmas Eve with my girlfriend. The food was very good. Scott is a nice guy. It takes awhile to get your food but it is just one person working by himself. I really like the art on the food truck. This guy was vandalized by an anti-semite in October 2018. Please consider supporting him.
This place is Amazing. I am never eating deli meat from the grocery store again, I can’t believe how much better it is here than store bought. It’s a night and day difference. The matzo ball soup is golden garlicky Deliciousness! It’s pretty crazy to be in TX and get NYC flashbacks. This guys food sets a high bar! I just discovered this place and I’m already hooked.
Had the Challah just now great simple not complex. Even the pickle was great! Really loved the food. Glad Jew Hungry is here in South Austin.
