Sarah and the rest of the staff are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! My 12 month old had chronic ear infections that the previous Dr. refused to help me with. I switched over to this Dr.'s office and they helped me swiftly and didnt have any complaints on it. Less than a month later my son was referred out and tubals put in!!! Kudos to them for caring about my little one and the pain he was in. I will definitely be bringing my children back here for years to come.

We absolutely love going to Dr. Kangos. Everyone there is super nice and helpful. They listen to what we have to say and have a genuine interest in our concerns. We started going here three years ago when we moved up North and needed a new doctor. They are super close to where we live and if one of our kids is sick, they make time to get us in same day. We even have had times that we have an appointment and had to set one up for another kid and they squeeze them in on the same appointment. The receptionists know who we are by name and face and always greet us when we walk in the door. When I call I only have to mention my kid's name and they know exactly who it is. They treat my teenagers as young adults and engage them in the appointment, asking questions and listening to their responses. Our youngest has a few health conditions and sees a few specialists and Dr. Kangos is up to date on what is going on and will always ask how everything is with his health. My kids love going here, especially my 8 year old. We cannot ask for better health care providers.

We have been patients of this practice for 5 years. They were recently bought by Pediatric Center of Round Rock and I cannot fully express how awful of a change it has been. The new office staff is unfriendly and disconnected. You would never know this was a place for kids because none of the staff, including the doctors (with the exception of Katy Aldridge), show any sort of warmth. Dr. Barrera was particularly rough with my son and has terrible bedside manner. If you want to be treated like a person, do not come here. It’s heart breaking to experience since we were so happy here for so long. After 5 years, I am switching pediatricians. If you think maybe my experience was a one off, look at the one start reviews and notice that the office doesn’t even care enough to reach out to patients to see how they can make a difference for the better. Save yourself and your kids the stress and find a pediatrician’s office who wants to do best for their patients.
