I went to Dr Jones for sinus issues. He did a preventative CT of my sinus. SO GLAD he did! I have surgery scheduled for next week to fix my issues. Glad to have answers!

I was worried about going to the doctor during COVID, but I needn’t have. All the staff took every precaution. They were quick and efficient and just plain nice. Dr. Jones was right on time, extremely professional and kind. I saw him two days ago and am already much improved. His diagnosis and the medication he prescribed were obviously correct. Dr. Jones is my ENT from now on!

I went in to see Dr. Kent Jones December 26, 2019 because I had a rather larger lymph node under my chin. During my visit Dr. Jones did not feel for the lymph node nor did he do a Ultrasound to check it let alone order one as an outpatient. I was not satisfied with that answer because I work in the healthcare field and knew this was not normal for a lymph node to get large then go down. I went to another ENT within the ARC network who did feel under my chin and then did an in office ultrasound. During his visit he saw that the lymph nodes were in the upper limits and saw that I had a thyroid nodule. The ENT order a CT soft Tissue neck. I appreciate the thoroughness that the second ENT did by ordering extra testing. I did have to see another doctor regarding the thyroid nodule.

I highly recommend Dr Jones. My son got a bead stuck in his nose that couldn’t be removed by our Pediatrician. We were referred here so I didn’t know what to expect. He came in and explained everything he was doing to our son which put an ease to our anxious hearts. He was very gentle and kind. I would come here again (but hope we don’t have to for the same circumstance).
