GREAT Customer Service. They went above and beyond when I needed help. I believe he was the owner, but an older man who works there deserves all the praise. I appreciate everything he did for me. They also do temp checks and provide hand sanitizer which not many shops are doing so I appreciate it.

Always love Kinokuniya. Been to several ones in Bangkok, Sydney, San Francisco and this one in Austin. Always good quality merchandises. Pricey tho. Still a good place to go hangout and look around for stationery and arts ideas.

Ugh seriously take all my money this is my favorite place in Austin. I buy stationery here but Kinokuniya also has manga, plushies, books on learning Japanese & other small trinkets so if you're on a budget and you love kawaii things...I'd say wait until you're financially stable to visit because the force is strong in this store.

Great store! So much to look at but kind of crowded, so it’s hard to look at stuff for too long before getting on someone’s way. My kids love kawaii things so they were very excited coming into this store. They have so many things I want it all! Will be coming more frequently!

It was a awesome place! & It has awesome notebooks very cute, I had a great time there. Overall 10/10. Definitely recommended for righting utensils & notebooks.
