I moved in about a month ago and everything has been great so far! Kayla was truly amazing from taking me on the tour of the property, to helping me pick the perfect unit for me. Big shout out to her because I absolutely love it here! The maintenance team here is really fast to respond which is also a big plus. There’s lots of great amenities and the location is kind of perfect in the aspect of anything you may need is all really close whether it be food, entertainment, shopping centers, even access to the greenbelt! I’m really happy I found the Landmark!

I have lived at Landmark for about a year and LOVE IT! Would recommend to anyone! The apartments themselves are a tree-filled sanctuary nestled into the Greenbelt and so cozy I never want to leave. But when I do need to get somewhere, immediate access to Mopac makes travel a breeze. The leasing agents are professional and kind, the amenities are stellar and the community is respectful. Every time I have guests they comment with envy how great a spot this is - check then out!

I've lived at Landmark for three years and I can't say enough good things about the community. They have some of the best amenities in the area, from easy access to the greenbelt, to the cool outdoor kitchen/lounge area, to the pool. The current leasing and maintenance staff are outstanding, they go above and beyond to take care of their residents. I recently transferred to a different floor plan and Kayla, the leasing manager, was there to help every step of the way. Thank you Landmark at Barton Creek for all that you guys do!

Location, (walk to Zilker & Greenbelt ) amenities are absolutely golden here. We have lived here for 8 months and have enjoyed every moment. Even through small repairs that needed to get done as we’ve lived here everything has been easy, quick and seamless and the staff are helpful and friendly:). My dog enjoys the space too :) oh and we’re able to live in a one bedroom, with 2 work spaces and a small gym in this one apartment during quarantine and have enjoyed it all. We really appreciate this place. Great settle space into Austin !
