Very friendly staff. They know all of their residents by name and even their guests that visit. The place is very clean and it feels like you're visiting a 5 star hotel. The food tastes great and we love visiting on Sunday buffet days when there is a wide variety of options available. The apartments are very open on the independent living side, enough room to have family and friends stay for a while. There are lots of activities for the residents and things to keep busy.

My wife and I have lived here almost a year and we love it. We were welcomed with open arms by everyone we met and the staff is surperb. It has been cruise ship living every day.

A very nice place, but the buy-in is quite costly at around 800,000 or more. The food allowance is 400/ mo. I would expect such an upscale facility to include all meals and snacks as do other less expensive places.
