DO NOT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS, they are most likely bots, honestly. You know how these companies massage their \customer reviews.\ I should have paid more attention to the other negative comments on here before deciding to take a chance on this living situation. The landlord is actually pretty ok, no complaints yet, but OMG the middleman property service? I can't believe some of the things they've done. For one, they get your number and text you about things not pertinent to your lease payments. Then all of a sudden they'll be threatening to evict you over nothing?? Another review says they like to pick fights. Let me tell you right now 100% that seems to be the case. I don't know if they are just not with the times and are specifically antagonistic toward those of us outside of their ideal demographic... but if you're worried about not feeling safe in your own home, DO NOT take this chance.

Completely unprofessional. Only responds to messages when it’s about rent but fails to keep up with housing maintenance messages/concerns and actions. Hasn’t done anything to help covid-19 essential workers living on their properties, only wants money. Extremely rude and homophobic as well. Don’t live on their properties.
Total grifters; tried to add on additional fees. I’ve never dealt with a less professional property management company.
Like most property management companies, they have a rough time on review sites but our experience with Casie has been fantastic. After move in, every issue has been resolved quickly and with impressive communication from Casie. We are very happy to be living in our home through Lynx!
The most unprofessional company I have ever tried to deal with. NO ONE WILL EVER CALL YOU BACK. I would NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY and i will forever campaign against them for how they conduct business.
