Strangest place ever. Came in looking for a trailer and staff was instantly hostile. Complained that I went to the parts counter instead of trailer sales. They paged the Sales Manager who is an anti-masker who acted like I was inconveniencing him. I don’t really care if people wear masks or not, but it was weird that his entire staff did and he wouldn’t wear one inside or outside. If their sales guys won’t smile and greet you and show you around, I’m guessing it only gets worse from there.

I could not be happier with my new car hauler trailer. I told Todd what I wanted and left it up to him to design the modifications as he felt best. It is perfect. Service was excellent. The quality is superb. Thanks Magnum. I'll be back!
I'd like to share my experiences with Magnum Trailers which spans roughly 25 years. My first few years of doing business with Magnum was mostly trailer repairs and accessories, that included boat trailers, utility trailers, and car haulers. Without exception I received prompt, thorough, and friendly service every time that I went to Magnum. More recently I have purchased new Magnum trailers. They know their trade and have offered valued advise and suggestions with each new trailer that I have purchased. Their attention to detail is quite impressive. When you have a trailer serviced there, they have a record of tire pressure and torque specs on all wheels of any trailer that they service before it leaves their shop, as well as notes regarding the services provided and they identify items recommended for future service consideration Its like having a health check record for your trailer. This is family owned and operated business that takes pride in the products and services that they provide. That sense of pride can be found throughout their organization. The service writers, the technicians, their business office all exude a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I've referred countless friends, family members, and business contacts to Magnum because I know they will be treated well. If you haven't traded with the McLemore's, you are missing out
