Master Palacios has been an incredible source of inspiration for our six year old son. He has become so much more focused, emotionally intelligent and overall proud of himself ever since taking her classes. I'm eternally grateful for her strength, knowledge and heart. My oldest has been going here since he was 3. I looked at other activities to put him into, but as a stay at home mom I wanted an activity where he would learn more independence from me and be ready for school when the time came. Master Palacios is great with the children. My little guy has so much confidence and strives to do the right thing all the time. As his mother I'd like to take all the credit for having an amazing little kid, but when he quotes Master Palacios directly you can't deny that her influence on him is significant. The positive impact these classes have are amazing and having him tuckered out and ready for bed on the nights he has classes is another bonus.

I LOVE this martial arts studio. I have been studying Taekwondo for 15 years and have never been in a school with this much workout space. Master Palacios has a stunning way of commanding respect from her students, while also being well aware of parent concerns. The vibe and energy in this studio is very positive and lively, and the school is very clean (no sweaty gym smell!). Palacios prices are very competitive, and they have several different pricing options. Here the value definitely beats the price.

I cannot say enough good things about Palacios ATA. You ABSOLUTELY will learn the life skills Master Palacios teaches and markets. The instructors and students are wonderful. I have observed changes in my daughter and other students over a 3 year time span and it is amazing to have personally observed the transition they have made to where they started to where they are now:) The older students that have been in the program are some of the most Accomplished, Mature and Respectful adolescents/teenagers I have ever met. Among other things, Tae Kwon Do helped my daughter with discipline & focus in school. She wanted to make better grades in school because Master Palacios always encouraged her to do her best and would acknowledge good grades and altruistic behavior in TKD class. Children WANT TO be acknowledged at something they worked hard for or did. Personally, I started out taking the Warrior Fit workout classes and LOVED them ! Eventually I transitioned to TKD and saw a huge difference in myself after only 1 year. I got in great shape, enjoyed working out for the first time, started approaching challenging projects head on because you don't give up at Palacios ATA, AND started my own business. I attribute all of this to the training of Palacios ATA and will forever be grateful ! I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Palacios ATA Martial Arts for children and adults !
