Metro Auto Auction has a variety of cars for customers to choose from . There registration process is easy and I love that they take care of tax and title on site. Only thing there really is no where to sit or nothing to eat or drink so bring your own it could take a while to get to the car you are trying to bid on. Overall great experience I would recommend them to anyone.
This is a great place to buy a car, the staff is very helpful and kind. I just bought a 1998 Mercedes C230 and love the car. The staff here goes above and beyond especially George and Rita they informed me about specific cars and was available to answer questions.
If you are in the Austin area and looking for a cheap used car, definitely check this place out. Although it's an auction facility, they do sell to the public. Once a month they have an auction, and you can get text or email notifications when it's coming up. That said, what's left on the lot after the auction is still for sale, but many of the cars are rough. That's no problem if you know what you're getting and are good with cars. Another benefit to this way of purchasing is that these cars not are prettied up, so you see the car, warts and all. When we pulled up, a really nice guy came out and helped us. He gave us a price list, which was helpful. We didn't find what we were looking for, but it was definitely a positive experience.
