We recently purchased a home from M/I and had a wonderful experience from beginning of the project to closing. Our sales rep was fantastic, well informed, and very kind. (Hannah Martin) And our build manager (Scott Richter) was amazing. He kept us well informed during the entire process and was very quick to respond to the few questions I had along the way. He made sure every detail was perfect and we truly appreciate all his effort. I plan to live in this house until I die, but if I ever built again it would most definitely be with M/I homes. 10/10 do recommend.

Continuous issues with Construction Manager and contractors showing up to complete warranty issues or even being remotely on the same page . We have had continuous no call, no shows to get warranty items completed. Sales staff was amazing , service after the sale a HUGE disappointment!

Good company but Brian Goclan(Director of purchasing) is the demise of its future. Brian Goclan is lacking leadership skills and the mental stability to help M/I succeed.

Builder doesn't honor paying real estate agents after registering buyer. VP Craig Conner called and tried to explain why he cut our agent out of the deal. Asked if we had a buyer rep agreement.. shocking business practice
