Leon and Jesse were great! Leon had tons of patience with me, answered all my questions, and was super knowledgeable and so pleasant! I have been looking at different distributors for weeks for the perfect slab of granite. I would choose Midwest over and over again based on my experience with them.

My Professional Designer (daughter) and I were greeted by a very friendly Leon outside the door of the facility. He took us to the warehouse floor and explained the product types and their grade levels and showed us where to find the different materials. He left us alone to peruse on our own. After looking around for awhile, he returned to see how things were going, then helped us make a final choice. The whole process from start to finish was handled professionally. We chose a sink we like with his help as well. Leon knows his inventory extremely well and is not at all pushy, but very helpful and personable at the same time. We would highly recommend Midwest to anyone looking for countertops, sinks, and backsplash. Great experience overall.
We visited Midwest yesterday to choose our countertop and backsplash. Leon was very patient and very knowledgeable with his guidance. He showed us around the warehouse, explained all our choices and left us alone to browse. Then he came back, answered all our questions with great patience. My very inquisitive 9 year old must have interrupted him a million times but he answered every question without any irritation or hesitance. He treats everyone with respect and his opinion about the shadow storm marble as a choice for countertop was absolutely spot-on from all the reviews I have read online after coming home.
