I scheduled an appointment online for 3:50pm on 12/24/2020. I received several text messages prior to my appointment, reminding me of my appointment. I arrived early and no one was there. It took me 20 minutes to get through to a person at the call center who told me the clinic closed at 3:30pm. Very frustrating. I'll NEVER use this place again!

Was there today Sunday morning 10/20 with gout pain, I had to wait there were 4 people in front of me, it didn’t took long for my turn, doc was professional she pulled up my med history, took vitals ck on my chess and back, my ankle. Doctor was very informative of my condition and very helpful. The only thing bad but understandable is only 5 chairs. This place is real quick visit. Inside a pharmacy good idea.

Very kind NPs, but if you have insurance, go to a PCP instead. My friend suggested I to go to ARC for higher quality care instead, but I thought the Minute Clinic would be cheaper. I went in with flu like symptoms and they prescribed me Tamiflu. When I went back a few days later because I couldn’t swallow, they wouldn’t give me antibiotics because I didn’t have a positive strep test. A few days later, they kindly called to follow up. I missed the call and called back and told them that I hadn’t improved and also now have conjunctivitis. They said I would need to come in and probably needed antibiotics. They charge the upper limit of the price range every time I go (139, which doesn’t include tests) and insurance doesn’t cover all of it. Because they require a new visit for everything and deny prescriptions until I get a positive test, going here has become costly. I ended up going to a doctor instead (of a third trip to the Minute Clinic) and got the medicine I needed to recover.

Was there on Sunday 02/16/20. Did not need to wait long. Dr. was very nice and listen to all my concerns.

Our experience could not have been better. Arrived at 11am and after checking in as a “walk in” was quoted a 45 min wait. After only 3 min we were called back and received a quick flu shot from Alex, who was professional and friendly. Insurance covered the expense and we were on our way in less than 15 min. Fast and easy to use!
