I called to reschedule my appointment and was hung up on. Later that day I got a call from them to confirm my original appointment. I told them that I had tried to reschedule the appointment and was hung up on, so the person on the phone said she would reschedule it for me. On the day of the original appointment I get a call saying that I missed it. I explain to this person that another person was supposed to have rescheduled my appointment only to be told that it never happened. This new person says she would reschedule the appointment for me. I walk my dog down to the salon on the day of the rescheduled appointment only to be told that we're not on the schedule for that day. This is obscenely unprofessional, and the sad thing is that they'll probably get away with treating more people this way due to their misleading rating of 4.9 stars. As for me, I'll save myself 60 by bathing my dog at home.

We just moved from the east coast and needed to have my shih tzu groomed asap since she is struggling with the heat. I called them and went to check their salon personally, the phone call was pleasant and scheduling was smooth. I was able to come in the next day. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was, overall a great experience. Will definitely bring my pup back. You can see she looked great in the photos!
Nice people and took my dogs in for nail cut without any hassle
We’ve been going here over 3 years and it’s always a great experience with our two elderly dogs (toy poodle and Frenchie)! They tend to get easily stressed in environments that are not our home but they both loving going here and come home looking great!
My small yorkie is not easy to groom, and he gave Lori a really tough time his first time getting groomed with her. Lori was extremely apologetic about the dogs seemingly harrowing experience and it was immediately apparent she genuinely cared about the animal and the services she provides. In fact, she did not charge me for his full groom, and offered this advice: try to habituate him to a single groomer, so that he acclimates--even if it's not us, just be sure to be consistent. I brought my dog back and Lori was once again great. He's still not easy to groom, but she did a great job with his cut and threw in his bath for free. A customer service. In addition, the salon space itself is lovely. Well appointed, spacious, and neat. I love the flexibility they offer in drop-off and pick-up times. Very happy to have found this salon.
