We’re very happy about our experience with Moon Valley. Their selection is nice. The sales people were knowledgeable, friendly, and not too pushy. We ended up with a large, beautiful, and healthy Magnolia tree. Even our dog likes it! The planting process went real fast and smooth. They install manager gave us some great suggestions on how to care for it and help it grow. We’re definitely gonna be back for another Magnolia tree to round out our backyard, and eventually get some shrubbery.

Moon Valley sets the standard for the nursery industry! Moved into a house with a blank slate of a backyard and had no idea what specific plants I wanted or needed to get the look and feel we knew we wanted. Thankfully they sent out Alan, the plant expert, to take our vision and turn it into reality. He was extremely informative about the types of plants and trees he was suggesting and gave great / quick feedback on our own suggestions. He came out to the house 3-4 times to consult and draft a plan, then put it into action, and we couldn’t be happier. We ended up planting 3 giant trees for afternoon shade, and a border of varying plants for privacy, and texture (couple dozen of 8 different plants in total). Will update with pictures once the final landscaping is complete! UPDATE - since the planting, a couple didn’t survive the transplant process and Moon Valley has been extremely helpful and consistent with their commitment to replace at no cost! They even sent out another expert (Laurie) to provide additional consultation on care and what to look for. I’ve never felt more taken care of by a business, and would 1000% recommend to anyone looking for a nursery in the area. We will definitely use them again as we look to upgrade the front of our house and any other properties in the future!

Albert and team have been here all day...jack hammering this dripping springs limestone and installing trees everywhere. Albert and his team have been amazing! Great work and great attitude! I will definitely be using them again.

Stay away. Better to buy from anywhere else. Cheating on quality and price. From order of 3 trees - only one tree remain.

Great selection of Large (7 ft trees) and largest selection of Massive specimen trees we have ever seen. Also a decent selection of smaller citrus trees and ornamentals. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Long and short is this is the place to go if you want larger established trees to complete your landscaping project. We wanted instant privacy and that’s what we got. Took over a year for them all to semi settle-in but overall we are pleased.
