Wish I could leave no stars. They're just as lazy and shady as every other non profit and canvasser. They fired my wife after one week because of a problem that she told them about multiple times, because her supervisor said it was fine and chose not to ask further questions. She was told by HR when she was put on review that she would be contacted with questions, and she never was. They fired her without asking her any questions, without checking her equipment (it was a technical problem), apparently deciding it would be easier to toss her out and sweep it under the rug than to fix the problem, after directly telling her that it wasn't her fault and she wasn't in trouble. They say their biggest rule is to treat each other with respect. This is their idea of respect.

This is hands down the best company I'ver ever worked for. I love that I work for an organization that genuinely cares for it's people and that works to change the culture around fundraising. Most of all I get to make a difference everyday and work with people who also care about building a better future! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who's interested in working with non profits!!

I LOVE working for NCE! Best job ever!!! I want to retire with this company. I’ve been here for about 2 months and I didn’t realize how unhappy I was as a professional elsewhere. I’ve establish great friendships and management is so down to earth and genuinely cares for you. I love NCE!!!

Best employer I ever had. I learnt more about fundraising in the first hour of my Training Day than in two years working for another agency. I appreciate the fact that pay is transparent and publicized, that my bonus isn't based on how badly the other members of my team do and that, well, I get treated like an adult. Canvassing isn't for everyone, but NCE is definitely the best employer in the sector.

INFORMATION SELLING SCAM. They round up a massive amount of people for a group interview without telling you you’ll be walking into a group interview, make you fill out a bunch of stuff with your contact info (even said it was very important I didn’t leave before filling everything out!) and then immediately turn around sell all of your information to telemarketing scams after sending you a form rejection letter an hour later. My phone hasn’t stopped ringing since. It’s likely they sell donors’ information too. Someone brought it up during the group interview and the interviewer awkwardly denied it and changed the subject. THERE IS A REASON THIS JOB SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. I got invited to an interview minutes after applying. Should have been a red flag. They invite everyone that applies to an interview so that they can collect the maximum amount of info. These guys should be reported. Funny that a business whose clients are massive charities can have such shady immoral practices. Oh and part of my interview process was having to like their Facebook page. What a joke.

Saturated with amateur con artists, and whiny liberals. The most pathetic thing, is that they're funding a GOP-friendly CEO.
