Steve, Jeff, Mike, and David are just delightful human beings to work with. I've gone in twice now, once for an oil change and a second time for general maintenance. Something that I noticed while I was waiting in the lobby during my first visit is that they really go above and beyond with their customer service.

David and Jeff were very helpful and friendly. This was my first time taking my Jeep here to get fixed up and during one of the worst snowstorms anyone has seen in Texas in decades. I was very impressed and grateful for David keeping in touch with me during those difficult times and working hard to get me my jeep back better than I left it.

The Newman automotive overcharged me, I suspect when they saw that I didn’t have knowledge of cars and was new to the state, took advantage of my situation. Below is a photo, judge for yourself. I hope this comment helps you make the right decision when it’s regarding your car, I will never come back here ever again.
