We had an emergency with one of our rabbits. When I called up, they immediately confirmed us for a walk-in (two other places denied) after listening to the symptoms. The whole process was very informative and comforting. Very professional and courteous staff.

I started taking my prior Dog to this Veterinary Clinic at least 10 years ago. Both my pet and myself were well treated and the staff was always friendly and concerned with the well being of my animal. I ended up having to euthanize my beloved Dog Chester at this location. It was difficult but everyone involved was sympathetic through the process. A couple of years later I brought a 10 month old dog that I adopted from the Austin Animal Center in to see Dr. Harris. He was really supportive with my new puppy and made some good suggestions about her care. I've liked all the veterinarians that have managed my dog's well being at this location.
Had such a pleasant experience as a first time patient! The vet was kind to me and my dog Maggie and the intake process over the phone was seamless. So glad to have found North Austin Animal Hospital!
If you are looking for a Vet in Austin this is the place to go! They are always very professional and great with communication. Dr. Stone is one of the best Veterinarians I know. He genuinely cares about all the animals he treats. He makes sure you understand exactly what is going on and the different options you may have. I highly recommend North Austin Animal Hospital and Dr. Stone to anyone in the Austin area!
I haven’t met a vet here that I don’t like, but shout out to Dr Heppner for being my first vet and wonderful with my sassy boy cat. Also Izzy is the friendliest person in the world and always makes me feel welcome and valued. They clearly love their animals and I wouldn’t choose any place else in Austin.
