Nice, well maintained, and clean ballpark grounds and restrooms. The neighborhood that the ballpark is tucked into is very nice and freshly gentrified. Plus, nobody's camping in a makeshift tent city, which is a huge bonus for me!
The 2020 spring season was canceled due to the COVID 19 pandemic and our team was only able to play 2 out of 11 scheduled games NAO refused to issue refunds/credits to the families. They say that's because they already spent the money. I posted a negative review on their Facebook page and they removed it, so I posted a second. I definitely do not reccomend NAO to anyone. They are not the most honest organization.
