I've always had a good experience here. The staff is professional, friendly, and easy. The facilities are modern and clean. The exam and consultation was excellent and understandable. They helped me to know what I needed and how best to use my insurance. I was able to select the upgrades I needed now and what I could do later including using my old frames that I like. Dr. Tybor has a great understanding of what his patients are dealing with and pays attention. I like going here and I love that they have always been on time.

It was my first eye exam in this office, I was so impressed on how much time was spent on my exam From the beginning to the very end , always asking me questions about my health and how being a diabetic how important that I keep my levels as steady as possible. They do a very thorough exam and constantly checking over and over again to make sure they got it right. Definitely will recommend to my family and friends

Answered all my questions which are usually quite a few of them... I appreciated all of the staff for that nor put off (quite patient). Thank you for your consideration and kindness. Professional, all of the staff. A pleasant visit and quite efficient. My first visit was in Fall of 2017. I recommend OakHill Eye Care Center for those who want a thorough check up for they are all knowledgeable in their areas. Excellent eye care service and explained to me how Medicare does work and cover more than I once knew. It is also a convenient location off William Cannon and US 290. Thumbs up will call beck for my follow up in 6 months.

Nice office. Very clean, front staff was super friendly. Doctor took her time chatting with me and making me comfortable and able to understand what she was explaining the whole time. The person who checked me out was great, and he helped me figure out cost with insurance and the coat of my new lenses. Unfortunately, the girl who took me back and did all my tests was not friendly and rushed through everything, making me feel like I was a nuisance. I had a lot of trouble focusing my vision during her exam and she kept rushing me. Even when I asked her to slow down and explainedy eyes couldn't keep up (which was why I made the appointment in the first place) she just kept going super fast, like she couldn't wait to lwave. All of her responses were canned and she was not friendly at all. I felt bad for being there, but the doctor and the intern doctor made up for it after, otherwise I would have left a lower rating. I do recommend this office, though, and will be back.

I would highly recommend oak hill eye care! I hadn't been to the eye doctor in over a decade so i was a little nervous going in. The staff made me feel so comfortable and were extremely kind and helpful. Both of the doctors i saw were very thorough in making sure we had all the issues addressed and that we were on the way to better vision!
