I was previously the National Facilities manager for a Property Management company. Managing soft services such as Janitorial/Housekeeping support across the country can be difficult for one person. Open Works supports the janitorial operational support of over 10 facilities all under one umbrella. “Customer Service” is a strong point, however COMMUNICATION separates this company from the rest.

I worked down town San Antonio Travis park church wit joe.he was a real waste of time..He lied about the hours.suppose to be 9-1 I never worked past 11. Then my last pay check he didn't even put my first and last name on it.u also worked alone first two days .Don't waste your time.joe is a very poor manager ,/ boss..

Hired OpenWorks to complete a one-time floor job as I wasn't looking for janitorial at the time. Their staff were extremely prompt and friendly and our floors looked great. A month later our previous janitorial crew wasn't cutting it so I hired OpenWorks to take over and I have been extremely happy since. I can always get ahold of someone if I need to and their manager, Chris, stops by frequently to check in with us.
