BUYER BEWARE!!! I tried to do business with Paradise Spas. They are so shady. Sean was my salesperson. After 2 weeks of working with him he told me he had a spa and was marking it SOLD. I have messages to prove it. The Wednesday before Thanksgiving he told me he was making the tub SOLD for me. So I paid a contractor 4000 dollars to start building the deck for the Hot Tub. We talked about delivery at the end of December. He text me back Friday after Thanksgiving and told me the owners will not sell it to me. I explained I just dropped 4k to build my deck based on the information that Sean was marking it sold. I asked to be contacted by a Manager or the owner no less than 5 times over messages, and in person. No call, no email, no text. 0 communication. I told Sean I want to give the owners of this business the opportunity to make this right before I share my experience online. So a week after my last attempt to have them call me I am going to go to every review site I can find their name on and share my experience. I ended up ordering one from San Antonio. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Our whole family truly enjoys our new spa. The jets, water quality and precision controls make this spa amazing! The customer service is excellent, especially Joe he is very prompt, knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend Paradise Spa’s.
Bing and his crew were quick to set up our new hot tub and very thorough in explaining how to set up and maintain. He kept me informed on when they were going to arrive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with receiving our first hot tub!
Great delivery! We didn’t have the easiest location, but the crew came in and made it happen. I was very impressed with the speed, professionalism, and knowledge. We cannot wait to use our new swim spa.
Great experience and hot tub arrived quickly. Bing crew was great - showed up on time, called with ETA, set up was smooth and easy and even covered any concerns! Really great experience!
