Meticulous care in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We are always happy with the care we receive at Passport Health, even when not traveling. Our latest appointment was for shingles vaccinations. Jan gave meticulous attention to detail, and was fun and genial. One of my group is nervous about vaccinations, and she put him at ease. She even expressed concern over which of us would be driving home. I would go back anytime.

Needed a PCR Coivd test for international travel and it could only be done and received within a 4 day window which had me worried. But they gave me a lot of confidence from the very beginning and had it back in 2 days . Very nice staff too.

I recently visited the passport office in Austin, Texas. I’m taking a trip to India in February and needed a few shots. First of all they are very informative and really do their homework. It was nice that I wasn’t pushed to get unnecessary shots. I was treated very nicely and all the staff was very professional.

I was impressed. I arrived a few minutes early and walked right into the nurse's office without any delay. The nurse, Amber, was prepared with a packet of information and understood my vaccine need. Amber answered my questions, was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. In addition, it was easy to set up an appointment and to use the website. I'll use Passport Health again and recommend it.
