Awesome pool company! In our household, we joke that they don't need another 5-star review because they are so good, but we have to give credit where credit is due. Customer service is top notch, which is refreshing (and we know from experience that not every company is pleasant to deal with or responsive). Very friendly people, including the folks visiting our home as well as management. They highly improved how our pool looked when they took over, and have gone the extra mile when we've needed help purchasing chemicals/products. Any minor/excusable hiccups we've experienced over time were always addressed promptly with good communication.

Excellent experience. Patriot replaces my former (small mom-and-pop) pool cleaning service. Alex runs operations. Dimitri is our cleaner. Both are fantastic. Dimitri is friendly, efficient, and professional. They use modern equipment and drive clean, well maintained trucks (unlike my old provider). LOVE THIS SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
We are very happy with all aspects of the service. Jorge and the job he is doing with weekly maintenance and the digital door hangers we receive every week with updates, the service on our equipment, the office staff and communication. It has all been great.
Patriot has been taking care of our pool for years and we have been largely satisfied. Like any relationship there have been a few moments where feedback was necessary. In each of those cases they were responsive to my concern and took care of it. They make route changes which means we get a different cleaner every so often, which means we have to educate the next cleaner. That’s probably not true for all pools, but our pool is weird and small so it has a few quirks.
I had never owned a pool before and purchased a house with one in 2017. The pool needed to be entirely re-plumbed, new filter internal components, a booster pump, and a new salt system. I had three separate companies give me bids and while Patriot wasn't the absolute cheapest, they were well within range of the other bids. They were however the only company that walked me through exactly what they would do, why their bid was the price it was, and made me feel comfortable in spending a significant amount of money with them. I also chose to have them service my pool moving forward. Patriot takes great pride in their work and the quality of person that they hire. I've had 3 pool service technicians in the last 2 years and all three were on a first name basis with me and took ownership of the care of my pool. If I had questions, I could email my service tech directly and get a response back usually within minutes. If I needed an out-of-cycle service outside of my normal day, they would do everything they could to accommodate. I cannot recommend them enough. You cannot find a better pool company in the Austin area!
