Standard visit for DONALD in person with Dr. Roach. He is very communicative. Did his office call today to reduce dose on Eliquis or was that Dr. Heinzman? Funny to get email to take survey, along with FOUR (2 yesterday, 2 today) emails to check notes from my visit. No NEW notes there! Only one from 2014.

Neglectful and unprofessional. Dr Roach did a heart cath for my mother. He never introduced himself to us prior to the procedure. I was asked to wait in the surgical waiting room during the procedure so Dr Roach could come out and talk to me afterwards and let me know how things went and his findings. Dr Roach never bothered to come out and talk to me. Two hours passed and a hospital volunteer asked who I was waiting on. I gave my mother's name and he informed me that she had been back in her room for over 30 minutes and Dr Roach was no longer in the hospital. We asked several times that afternoon, night and the following morning to speak to Dr Roach since he never followed up with us. We even let the nurse know that even just a phone call would be nice if he wasn't able to come speak to us in person. TO THIS DAY WE HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM THE MAN. No post op report from him, he never checked on my mother and he never made any effort to reach out to answer any of our questions. Following her discharge, less than 24 hours after the procedure, Mom ended up having post surgical complications and had to be readmitted to the hospital. Again, we asked to see and/or speak to Dr Roach but he completely neglected my mother, a patient that he operated on.
