I have been on the phone with customer service for the second time now for a total of over 2 hours with no problems resolved. Will never use again this has cost me 7000

A band of beasts, and such a shame I need to leave 1 star, when instead they deserve 0 stars. We made a transfer for a service from 80 into Euros and instead of converting into 68, they magically transformed it into 64,44. On top of which they removed additional 3,51 fee. Given it made no longer sense for the service, I reimbursed the money and they charged everything all over again. There is no way, to talk to anyone but only through a chat, which takes the time it wants to take. The operators are just a waste of time, so I am now opening a formal complaint to PayPal Europe. Never anymore. I am closing the account now

Paypal makes arbitrary decisions without reasonable due process or fairness. Paypal will ignore your communications and treat you like trash. If you have other options than to ever do business with Paypal, do so.
Paypal is not secure enough, If you want to lock/unlock your account you need to depend on a 3rd party agency is totally not secure. And it is hard to reach out their customer service , no proper response even if you send email. I am moving away from Paypal.
