We had an amazing experience at Dell hospital that began in the emergency room. All the staff were kind and informative, we were updated every step of the way, and they also made sure to explain everything happening to my 5 year old. We were seen quickly, taken seriously, and treated with kindness. The doctors and nurses made sure that we understood what was happening while also keeping calm so we knew they had everything under control. While we did not want to have to go through this experience (who does) I am so glad that we went to Dell when it happened.

Had to rush my toddler in today. I was scared & had anxiety. The nurses noticed & began to play & distract my daughter so I could step back and breathe. The nurses had her smiling & giggling within seconds & she stayed smiling the whole visit. Every person we encountered during our visit was phenomenal. Not only was my baby at ease but also I was informed on the entire process. Thanks yall it felt like a mini vacation! Best part is my baby is doing fantastic.

I took my newborn here for inconsolable crying. As a new mother i was told i needed to learn \soothing techniques\ and that there was nothing wrong. We later found out from our pediatrician that he had bad reflux and multiple food allergies and was crying in pain.

The people were kind, but noone checked in on us. We were there from 10pm to 4am with only 1 check in from a nurse and no updates the whole time, Disappointing.
