Parked along the highway where you’ll see other cars all lined up, from there it was just a 5 minute walk to the entrance, from the entrance it’s a 5 minute walk up to the top, pretty steep inclines so better to have on shoes but both my friend and I did it with flip flops and heeled boots didn’t have to do any climbing just careful where you step going up or coming down and you’ll be fine. This entrance looks hidden, we almost made the mistake of crossing the highway to the left side and walking up to that top because that entrance is visible. The views over on that side are beautiful as well. But stick to the right side of the highway, follow the cliff sides and cross a side road and walk just a minute more and you’ll see the entrance. Once at the top after enjoying the scene follow a trail to your left to see other killer views. We only walked about 10 minutes down the trail and saw more amazing views of the bridge and water. Great to kill a few hours with

Built in 1982, this bridge is 1,150 feet long and is 100 feet and more above the surface of Lake Austin. It is picturesque in itself and provides a lovely subject for photography from any vantage. Consider climbing up the trail located on the north west side for the Overlook views. See my separate review of that attraction.

Parked below the bridge (near the lake dock) for a much safer parking space. Walked up the bridge and nice stroll for pedestrian crossing. The trail was nice but lots of people and sad that there are lots of trash. An idiot was even tagging with spray paint But there were 2 ladies who were just randomly picking up trash. Whoever they were, bless them!

It's a nice short - medium trail to get to the top.. The view is just beautiful. No rail on top, so be extra careful. Pretty easy to walk up.

I had a great time climbing up the rocks to be able to see this beautiful bridge and views. Definitely a cool place to check out.
