These people do the school pictures every year for West University elementary which is a school of more than 1000 children. (Imagine the ) And year after year I am always disappointed in the product as far as quality of the photograph taken. They clearly don’t know how to work with children or to take the time to take a good photograph. However it’s definitely been usable in previous years so I have just lived with it and never asked for a retake. This year they took a photograph that looks like my child had his hands in his pocket and didn’t even position him properly let alone to tell him to smile properly in the picture. I already knew there was a problem when my 8 Yo came home and told me that they took one shot and kept him moving so “it must have been a great picture!!!” I am just so incredibly frustrated that I am finally taking the time to write a review and I hope that West University elementary school stops giving them so much business.

Really cozy and small studio (even better). Super friendly staff members and photographers. I pay 20 for single Senior shots, totally worth it!! They come to school and they have less then 5 minutes to take the picture, at the studio you can be done in less then 30 min. Double check the address, Google might send you to another building.

I was so excited to get these pictures. I was quickly VERY DISAPPOINTED when I did. This is the first and will be the last time I ever pay them a dime! My daughter is not smiling and the quality its horrible!! Her name is written in white. They decided it would be a great idea to put that white writing of her name on the white part of her dress. So you cant even see it!!! I wish I could get my money back!!!

Not the best, but could be worse. I ordered photos back in November and wanted to send them out with our Christmas cards. I called early December to see where they were and they were still being processed which I figured with the holidays and covid back on the rise they might be backed up. I gave them a month and still nothing. I called again last week and they let me know they were shipped and should be here the following week. It is now the following week and still nothing. I called and requested a refund which they agreed to, but they also gave me the option for them to reship it as great as that sounded I was honestly just tired of waiting. The only reason they are receiving 2 stars is because all of their customer service representatives I spoke with were extremely nice and informative during the process. I am however, disappointed with the company about the fact that I never got the photos after waiting 2 months. I will be taking my kids own photos from now on or going else where. My daughter also didn't smile in her photos which I didn't think nothing of since she is shy and doesn't like strangers, but after looking at past reviews it seems like my daughter wasn't the only one.

If your Seniors need a picture taken, this is the place! Make and appointment and in 20 minutes your Senior will have done! Small studio but very professional photographers. The studio crew comes to your school, but they take the picture in less then 5 minutes. I payed 20 for the session (Senior picture). I was happy with the studio. Double check with building Google is sending you, it is in #4
