We terminated our relationship with Pivot for service levels that proved unacceptable. Since we delivered written termination notice they have continued to auto draft our account in spite of repeated calls. A case opened on-line was summarily closed without even the courtesy of a response. Once again they have promised to refund the monies collected since their agreement was cancelled but we have determined we would be remiss to fail to publicly acknowledge this is a company people should not only walk away from, they should run.
