JOHN and ROBIN ILES

I came in with the exhaust bellows off. I talked to Hunter in Customer Service. He looked at it and went and got Kevin the tech and before I knew it Kevin easily put it back on and showed me how he did it.......all with NO CHARGE! WOW that's true customer service. Mike Kern has a great staff and he does a Great job!!...Keep it up...I'll be back!

This place is terrible. I needed to have my 27' sailboat lifted out of the water and placed on my trailer so I could take it home for the winter. They wanted to charge 2,700.00 to just lift it out. They said they would discount the lift if I would pay them to do a bottom job that my boat doesn't need. Beware!

Can't say anything about their work because these people rarely pick up the phone or reply to emails. Even when someone is answering they don't know anything and promise a return call. Which never happens. This is not how you run a business. I ended up having the work on my boat done someplace else.

Don't do business with them if you can avoid it. They are the only place on Lake Travis that can haul a large boat out of the water and do anything to it, but their prices are outrageous and the service is poor. They charged me 2,000 to paint the bottom of my sailboat, and left a wide sticky ring of masking tape residue above the paint line all around the boat. lt will take me hours to get it off. Update; I called the number they provided below and was not able to reach the manager. I left my name, number, and a message with the service department. They know who I am and what they did, but they never got back to me. So much for \high standards\.

I wish I could give zero stars. There is a reason they have changed their name. After choosing them (yes - I was fooled by the name change) based on their lead time of 2.5 weeks, they said I was \lost\ in the que. I was offered a spot six weeks after I called and after the holiday weekend. Terrible service. Find literally ANYONE else. John
