Unlike other architects I've worked with, Point B integrates the design with the construction process for a smooth flow between various stages. This prevents a lot of communication issues that typically happen between the general contractor and customer....Point B ensures the integrity of the design decisions are carried through. I would also say, I've worked with other architects that basically don't listen very well and thus get focused on what THEY want versus what the customer needs. Elegant design is great, until it doesn't work functionally. A good architect will understand how to incorporate good ergonomics with noteworthy design. Point B has helped me with a major rehab, turning a unremarkable ranch into a wonderful age-in-place, midcentury modern jewel. Give 'em a call!
