My provider seems fine. This review is solely for the logistics of dealing with the office. I just got a call back from the front office, but they told me I couldn't cancel my apt through them, but I have to call back again and go through the system to leave another VM in the correct box....how do they NOT have the ability to contact my provider? If you can schedule me, why not cancel? Seems like bad customer service. These past two weeks I've played phone tag with 13 calls...just for one question about what a provider specializes in (why can't the office staff answer this?) and to schedule. I picked up the phone on the last ring, they hung up, I tried calling back, days later and through the weekend I finally hear back again. It's too stressful. I've beyond met my quota for calls. My GP and other offices don't have these issues. I haven't received Patient Portal info-- that takes another call I guess, but it says through the portal you \usually recieve a response in 24 hrs\...no better than calling. I personally think I should be able to email occasionally.

I'm very pleased with this practice and especially my provider. I have been going here for just over a year and have nothing but good experiences. I've never had to wait for my appt and I know my provider, Justin, has an active interest in my mental health. I'm very happy he was recommended to me.

I'm very happy with my provider Justin Cullers, and think the practice, overall, does a great job.

Update January 2020: I really would have appreciated the Owner's Response back around when I originally left my comment. I even spoke with the manager at the time of the original post and it took me nowhere and genuinely left me feeling uncomfortable to attend my sessions. I was even texted from the Speak to the Manager number, weeks AFTER leaving, which made me wonder why they still had my cellphone number (if it IS anonymous) and would use it to text me later after I no longer went to this establishment? (I have it saved.) There's also a response below that says provider's shouldn't call you only 90 minutes ahead of time to cancel, but anytime an appointment was canceled on me it was ALWAYS just 90 minutes before my appointment, so I feel that is inaccurate. Original Review: The mental health professionals here CAN BE great, but the awful work environment ruins their care. The owners and management are not professional and sadly that has ruined my experience here. I kept having issues with the front desk about my payments, being charged incorrectly, being charged on my card when not at an appointment and other issues. I once I used the \Talk to the Manager\ option, but instead of being interested in my concerns, they argued with me that those things couldn't have been possible, yet I have the receipts and statements showing it did. No attempt to remedy the issues. The next week, when I went to my next appointment, it happened again.

Previously had a great experience at this place with Dr. Isadora Fox, but unfortunately she has left to work full time on her Ph.D., and I ended up having an appointment with Dr. Tracy Figlan instead. She's astonishingly unprofessional: came across as very unfriendly (no smile, no handshake, no introductions, does not maintain eye contact), was completely unprepared for the initial appointment (started reading my chart after I was in her office), was verbally dismissive of my feelings and concerns, as well as of previous doctor's recommendations. I had no choice but to walk out of the appointment after a couple of minutes, and will not be coming back.
