No loyalty to staff or clients. Most employees state they are not happy working there and were looking for another job. They work direct care staff to a point in which they are not safe working with clients. The professional staff are worked over 50 of more hours a week with no compensation. Preminent has a great structure, but no one to carry out the mission of this company.
