I can't say enough about this company. Sometimes you really don't know how mediocre your old pool company is until you try something new. We were fortunate enough to have them do a pool start up for us this summer after we remodeled our pool. I can't say enough about the professionalism at this company, and how on it the employees are...The reason I am finally writing this review is that we are in the middle of the \coldpocalypse\ and I emailed them about trying to find the overflow valve on my old pool. Ten minutes later I see Cory running through my yard getting my pool taken care of so I don't get freeze damage to the pipes. Nobody offers this kind of service anymore. Its awesome. Over the past year I have gotten to know four or five guys at this company and they are all fantastic. Its speaks volumes for how this company is being run top down. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

Prime Pool Service took over servicing my pool when the owner of the previous company we used (since 1996!) retired. The transition was seamless. The techs show up on time, they're professional and helpful, and our pool looks great!
Winter Freeze 2021, Day 1 and.. my pool pump burned up. In the Spring I had a backflow stop installed and did not know how to winterize. Recalled seeing a Prime pool service truck and googled the Co. These guys had a truck out that afternoon! They winterized the pool and gathered info necessary to replace the pump, which they completed the very next day! I cannot say enough to thank them for their honesty, quality and timeliness.
Prime Pool comes weekly to do chlorine testing and make sure our pool stays clean and clear. Recently, the heater broke. They checked it out and sent us an email outlining exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. After we approved the repair, they repaired the heater within 48 hours again following up with an email that the work was completed.
Prime Pool Service has knowledgeable employees who take excellent care of our pool. We highly recommend them.
