I couldn’t have been more pleased with my appointment with Pronovias Austin! The store is beautiful, and the fitting areas feel super personal. Laurie was a star from the time I beginning. I had a virtual consultation about a week before, and she was incredibly understanding as to what I was looking for after a previous appointment that didn’t go well at another store. This location didn’t have a sample of the #1 dress I had my eye on so she had shipped in for my appointment. The appointment itself went perfectly, and not only Laurie, but other consultants in the store were friendly and encouraging. The dress that was shipped in ended up being my dream dress and was even better in person. I can’t wait to walk down the aisle in my dress, and would 100% recommend looking for a dress with this team! ️

I had the BEST experience and came out with the wedding dress of my dreams! Skyler, my bridal consultant, WAS PHENOMENAL! She really put my experience over the top and the first dress that I tried on was THE DRESS. She paired the perfect veil with the dress, and never pressured or suggested I try on more, and made me feel so confident and sure that I had found the perfect dress for me. I tried on another dress, just to say I tried on wedding dress(es), and then got right back in the first one. Skyler is so personable, knowledgeable, and from beginning to end, made me and my mom's experience so amazing, stress free and fun. A great day that I can forever look back at. The entire Pronovias Austin team is so awesome and truly lovely. I came out with the dress and veil of my dreams! Thank you Pronovias!

Had an A experience at this bridal store. Skyler helped me find out EXACTLY what I was looking for and had such a fun energetic attitude which made the experience even better! My mother and I were very impressed with how clean organized and affordable all these dresses are and talk about BEAUTIFUL. The material/fabric/styles at this store are second to none and you can even go out for cocktail after with the location being in the heart of the Domain.

What else can I do but echo the high praise already given to Pronovias in Austin. It's a magical place and Tammy is my fairy godmother. I sent her so many pictures of dresses from the Pronovias website that I loved and she gathered as many as she could for me to try on my appointment date. I tried every single one on, no rush no pressure, and she listened to the my conversations with my guests to figure out what I liked and disliked about each dress. I loved each dress, and right at the end she brought out one last dress that I hadn't requested. As soon as I had slipped it on, I knew that THAT dress was THE dress. I didn't want to take it off, I didn't want to try on any other dresses. As a highly indecisive person, that's huge. I thought I would try on dozens more dresses and think review the pictures again before I made a final decision. Nope. Everyone at Pronovias is amazing and I can't thank them enough for finding me the dress of my dreams.

Both the storefront and the interior of the Pronovias in the Domain in Austin were absolutely beautiful, creating a magical experience from start to finish. I felt immediately at ease the moment we entered the store, as everyone present was required to wear masks and gloves throughout the appointment. Tammy, who is both the manager of Pronovias Austin and was my bridal consultant for the appointment, was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and warm. Through our email exchanges and our virtual meeting prior to the in-person appointment, we had the chance to talk about my vision for my dress one-on-one and to choose a few dresses I wanted to try on after perusing the website. She even gave me a virtual tour of the store and showed me a couple of the dresses I was excited about during our virtual meeting. At the beginning of the in-person appointment we again discussed the dresses I wanted to try on and Tammy was respectful of our budget throughout, bringing out dresses that realistically fell within this budget even when considering alteration fees and sales tax. She expertly directed the flow of the appointment, giving us the time and space to think about and discuss each dress, and addressing any and every concern about the dress details, alteration options, and fit. I felt like I could express my opinions freely about what I did and did not like about each dress and that she intuitively knew when I was ready to move on to the next dress, even if I was unable to explain why it wasn’t quite right for me. When I became torn between two dresses, she helped us reset by trying on a few more dresses with a different feel before guiding me back to the one that was truly my favorite. Throughout our appointment we also had ample time to connect with friends and family virtually to include them in the special moment when I found my dress. I had a wonderful time working with Tammy at Pronovias in Austin, and I am so happy to have found the perfect dress!

Adrienne has been very friendly. I loved the fact that she reached out ahead of time to find out what I was looking for and had a pre-appointment consultation. She also sent me other dresses that I had not considered prior to appointment so that she could be ready. She was knowledgeable at the appointment and followed up afterward. I appreciate her professionalism and customer service though-out the process thus far.

Pronovias literally saved the day. Just hours before I had a terrible experience at another salon so the staff fit us in for a last minute appointment. From start to finish it was an incredible experience. The store was beautiful, immaculate, and felt very private. Laurie was absolutely fantastic to work with! I cannot say enough positive things about her. She listened to what I was looking for and went above and beyond to interpret my style. She also has a great sense of humor! She helped me find my dress and I couldn't be happier. Don't hesitate making an appointment here because you won't be disappointed!

THANK YOU LAURIE for helping me find the dress of my dreams! \u003c3 My experience at Pronovias was better than I ever could've expected! A week before my appointment, Tammy (manager) and Laurie (bridal consultant) reached out to meet online meet before my appointment. During the call, I was able to show Laurie dresses I liked from their website so she could get a sense of my style. When I showed up to my appointment, Laurie already had a list of dresses she was going to pull for me to try on which helped speed up the appointment time and narrows down the selection of dresses. Laurie was SPOT ON with the style I was going for but also pushed me out of my comfort zone to try on different styles of dresses I wouldn't have originally chosen. I am so happy she did because I had the chance to see what I look like in a variety of styles, and a few of them ended up being runner-ups! I ended up saying YES to the dress, and I'm pretty sure Laurie knew before I did that the dress I chose was going to be my dress! Everyone at Pronovias is so nice, caring, knowledgeable, and VERY good at their jobs. One thing I would suggest for COVID-19 brides is since you'll be wearing a mask and gloves during the appointment, take off your mask (they allowed it) to take a photo in each dress you try on so you can see your face without a mask on. Also if you're getting close to finding your dress, ask if you can take your mask and gloves off (they allowed me to) so you can have a chance to touch up your makeup and see the entire look with the veil/headpiece etc. This ultimately helped me make my final decision as the mask and gloves throw off your look a bit. I was also allowed to walk up and down the middle of the store when the area was clear of people to see how the dress moved and felt when moving around.
