my pup goes twice a week and she loves it, the staff is super sweet and you can tell they take care of the dogs. for a nervous dog mom like me, it really helps that they post pictures every day and i get reassurance she’s having a great time

Hands (or paws) down, Pups & Pals is the best pet lounge for dogs in Austin. Living downtown and driving to South Park at least once a week is testament to how much Cooper truly loves it and is loved by everyone there. They are super responsive and caring. My favorite part is seeing the postings every day of the dogs that are enjoying play time. Definitely worth the dollars and drive.
Amazing place! My baby girl never have been in a place like this place. It was incredible the way the treated my baby with such passion. While my visit to Austin TX will be short I assure you she will visit this place multiple times. She had such a good time that she must come back. I love the report card and the beautiful photos of my baby having so much fun.
Love this place! Our puppy gets to have some social time and fun!! On the plus side, she comes back exhausted, which is wonderful for us
Pups & Pals was very quick to respond to my last minute boarding request. My puppy is new to the city and has never been boarded in Austin before. The team at Pup & Pals responded to my inquiry within 5 minutes and had me set up for a trail day the following Sunday! The team was extremely nice and easy to work with and very loving when I dropped off my sweet dog. He had a great day at daycare and is looking forward to spending some time with his friends for his upcoming boarding! Couldn’t recommend this team more!
