Pete was so nice and timely when we needed a bid.... price was great too! After agreeing to the contract, things went as expected. I was on Duty when they finished and filled the pool, so I was unable to inspect the work. My wife paid him not knowing that she was to inspect the work. When I got home the next morning I immediately noticed the poor workmanship. There are several clumps of plaster, trowel marks and pitting all over the pool. On top of that, they threw away all of my cleaner jets,( which he replaced after I told him). I called him about the issues and he came out the next day. He agreed with me that it was not a good job and they would be back Saturday to fix all the issues. He never showed up. He has given me 3 other days that he said he’d be here and has not shown for any of them. Now he will no longer answer my calls, return texts or acknowledge in any way. The job was completed on October 6th 2020. It is now Nov. 22 2020 and the pool still is not repaired. I would suggest that if you use him, DO NOT pay him until you can inspect his work closely.
