I hired this company to stain the floor of the home we're building. The documented estimate provided was 5-7 days to complete. After day 10, there was no material change to the floor from when he started leading me to believe it would take him more than a month to complete. Communication was horrible and when I asked for updates, he became agitated with me. Some days he showed up and others not. He would normally arrive late morning or early afternoon. I got the impression this isn't his full time job. I can't speak to the quality of his work because nothing was actually done outside of grinding down some high spots in the family room. Photo attached shows floor before and another shows floor after day 10. No significant change.

It’s extremely gratifying to find someone who takes such care and pride in his work, and puts the sweat of his brow into something that he truly seems to care deeply about. Ryan Mooney speaks of his work as though it is a fine art, and puts every effort to make the final product seem as such. He puts a lot careful thought and consideration into every aspect of his work. It’s surprising that he didn’t charge more for the hours he put into making my house look stunning. He was very clear about his process, and the transformation that would take place, and was very considerate and careful about managing my expectations, and explaining what the final product would look like. When he was finished, not only did my house look undisturbed, but it shined with the new floors, which effectively skyrocketed the value of the property, and made the whole house look so much better. My relatively new paint job was just as I had left it. I had certain expectations about what damages might occur in the process of his work, and about what the work would look like at its conclusion, and even though I was told by Ryan that minor damages to the walls and baseboards may occur, I was pleasantly surprised to have my expectations surpassed. I was apprehensive about the money that I was putting into making my floors look better, but now that they are done, I could not be more happy with the value of my purchase. He worked quickly and tenaciously with an effort that spoke of his experience and the pride he took in making my home look amazing. I will absolutely be recommending Quality Stained Concrete, and Ryan Mooney, to all my friends and family, and if I could put a higher rating than five stars, I would. Ryan Mooney is unequivocally the best in the industry, and you would be hard pressed to find a better person to stain your concrete floors.
Ryan did an awesome job sealing our garage, carport, and front porch. He was a pleasure to work with. We are very pleased with his work!

Ryan stained and sealed our entire 3000 sq ft house and they are the most beautiful floors I have ever seen! Truly magnificent!
